This is one of two projects at Picatinny Arsenal that Perini Management Services completed following the termination of the original contractor. This project consisted of construction of a one-story  laboratory facility, storage shed and site improvements. The project was approximately 20% complete and considerable deficiency related rework was required prior to completing the balance of the work. The project scope included complex mechanical, electrical and fire suppression systems, due to the potentially volatile nature of the work to be conducted within the facility.
