Perini Management Services, Inc., is the prime contractor on four (4) design-build task orders awarded under the NAVFAC Global Contingency Contract (GCC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) program to repair damage caused by Hurricane Florence. 

1. Administrative and Warehouse Facilities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The project includes renovation of four buildings, totaling over 170,000 square feet of renovated space. $42.8M
2. Motor Transport Division Facilities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The project includes repairs to five buildings, totaling over 145,000 square feet of renovated space. $46.8M
3. Building 1 at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Renovation of the three buildings includes Building 1 that is on the historic registry. It was built in 1942-43 as a Naval Hospital. $22.8M
4. Fire Station Facilities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The project includes renovation of critical infrastructure at the two buildings totaling a combined 13,611 square feet. $11.3M
