The targeting area includes a main tower, flank tower, communications tower & break facility. Other infrastructure includes a helipad and assault strip;  roadways and other civil/site improvements; electrical power generation, underground distribution and communication system; water & sanitary sewage. The project is located in a remote desert area, and a 110 km earthen berm is being constructed around the perimeter of the 50 square mile target area.

“Perini's performance to date has been stellar. They have met all their contract requirements while working in an extremely difficult environment and trying to satisfy the many demands imposed by the end user. They provide USAF with fast and quality solutions to the many problems that occur on this construction project.”
