Perini Management Services is the prime contractor for the first phase of an anticipated multi-phase repair and renovation of the USAF Academy Cadet Fieldhouse. The project includes extensive mechanical repairs primarily located on the Participant Level and Multi-Purpose Level Mechanical Rooms of the Fieldhouse. It also includes installation of a cascading type geothermal heating and cooling system under a parking lot. The Cadet Fieldhouse remains occupied and operational for sporting events, practices, and special events during construction. The project schedule has been carefully developed to execute work in phases, taking into consideration the various sports seasons, so as to minimize any impacts on athletes and fans.
