Perini Management Services Awarded $20.4 Million USCG Rio Bayamon Housing Utilities and Resiliency Project in Puerto Rico

We are pleased to announce the United States Coast Guard has awarded Perini a $20.4 million firm fixed price, design-build task order to repair and provide utility resiliency improvements at the Rio Bayamon USCG Housing complex. Work will be performed in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, with an estimated completion date of March 2027. This is a task order award under Perini's DHS/USCG NMACC III program.

Rio Bayamon Housing is located approx. 10 miles south of USCG Base San Juan, where Perini is currently executing a major base rebuild. Rio Bayamon Housing includes 149 housing units consisting of two-, three-, and four-bedroom units for USCG personnel and their families.

This project includes utility improvements to electrical and water infrastructure, which features the following major project elements:

• MEP Utilities Infrastructure
• New Water Distribution & Sanitary Sewer
• New Water Tank Storage & Pump House
• Electrical Distribution
• Site Work & Paving
