Federal Task Order Contracts
Task Order Program Management Expertise - Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) brings construction expertise to U.S. federal agencies as a prime contractor for multiple task order contracts and programs. We have been managing Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACCs) since the early days of implementation of these contracts by the Department of Defense.
From our headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts, we have developed an organization of construction professionals with the experience and capability to manage multiple and concurrent projects across widely dispersed geographic areas, both throughout the United States and worldwide. This group consists of program and project managers, estimators, engineers, schedulers, accountants and logistics support staff who have executed more than 300 task orders ranging from $1 million to $381 million within the past 15 years.
