History
Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) was first incorporated in 1975 as Perini International, a subsidiary of Perini Corporation, based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Specializing in overseas construction for the Department of Defense, we traveled to remote locations in the Arctic, Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian Ocean where we honed our logistical skills and our ability to manage local subcontractors, as well as to provide critical life support for our workers.
One of our earliest projects was for the design and construction of a complete tactical airbase in the Negev Desert as part of the historic Camp David Accords of 1978. Perini received a Certificate of Patriotic Civilian Service from the Secretary of the Army for our role as the managing partner of the Joint Venture, which delivered the $468 million project ahead of schedule. Perini has continued to receive many accolades for our work, including letters and certificates of commendation, highly rated performance evaluations, and industry awards, throughout our 30+ years of government contracting.
Following the merger of Perini Corporation and Tutor-Saliba Corporation in 2008, Perini Management Services is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation, which is headquartered in Sylmar, California.
